SHORT BIO
Xingmeng "Stella" Zhao is the second year PhD student in Information Technology at the University of Texas San Antonio. Xingmeng received her Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from University of Colorado Denver in 2017 and her B.S. in Statistics from Minzu University of China in 2012. Her current research interests are in machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) for BioNLP, Clinical NLP, social applications and causal inference.
