SHORT BIO
Yiran "Lawrence" Luo is a Ph.D. student at Arizona State University’s School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence, working with Dr. Chitta Baral and Dr. Yezhou Yang. His primary area of research is visual-linguistic reasoning. His professional experience includes being a machine learning expert at Nanjing Institute of Geology and Paleontology at the Chinse Academy of Sciences and a research intern at IBM China. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in computer science from The Ohio State University.
