SHORT BIO
Ben is a Hong Kong based interdisciplinary researcher, entrepreneur and author, widely known as the "father of artificial general intelligence." He is the founder and CEO of SingularityNET, a blockchain-based AI marketplace, the leader of the OpenCog open source AGI project, and the Chief Scientist of Hanson Robotics. He is also general Chair of the Artificial General Intelligence conference series, Chief Scientist of longevity-AI project Rejuve and enterprise-AI firm Singularity Studio, and Vice Chair of futurist nonprofit Humanity+. He is co-founder of iCog Labs, the first and still the only AI and robotics startup in Ethiopia.
