SHORT BIO
Sushil Kumar is affiliated to the MEMS research group at Centre for Applied Research in Electronics (CARE), IIT Delhi. He is working on a PhD that includes the study and development of energy-efficient electromechanical switches (‘relay’). He is exploring transduction efficiency in relay configurations via top-down micro/nanofabrication strategies for miniaturized logic relay & memory devices. He is the recipient of visiting research fellowship (May July’2015) at RRCAT, Department of Atomic Energy, India, and a senior project fellowship (July-Dec’2015-16) at Transducers and Actuators Group CSIR CEERI Pilani, India.
