SHORT BIO
I obtained the B.S degree in 2018 and M.S. degree in Electronics Engineering in 2020. After a master thesis on the carachterization of SDC-RRAMs and the developement of a dedicated logic-in-memory platform to evaluate their energy performances, I started working at the BeFerroSynaptic project since January 2021. Now I work on the characterization of innovative devices for ultra-low power architectures, focusing in particular on Ferroelectric Tunnel Junction (FTJ) devices.
