SHORT BIO
Nadisha-Marie Aliman is a researcher working on topics pertaining to AI, Cognitive Science, (Artificial) Creativity, Affective Science and Adversarial AI. At the end of this year 2020, she will defend her transdisciplinary PhD thesis on "Hybrid Cognitive-Affective Strategies for AI Safety" which started in 2019 and was conducted at Utrecht University (Department of Information and Computing Sciences) in collaboration with TNO Netherlands. In 2018, she received an M.Sc. in Computational Linguistics (summa cum laude) from the University of Stuttgart where she specialized i.a. in Cognitive Science, applied Natural Language Processing and Adversarial Machine Learning. In 2017, she received a B.Sc. in Computational Linguistics with Computer Science as supplementary subject from the University of Saarland where she specialized i.a. in Deep Learning, Sentiment Analysis as well as Security and Privacy.
