SHORT BIO
Utpreksh is a Doctoral candidate at IISc, Bangalore in India working with Prof. Mayank Shrivastava's Devices Lab. He has been actively exploring the reliability of 2D TMDs based FETs by incorporating electrical tests and novel material characterization routines. The motivation is to assess material level changes in a rapidly developing novel material based technology and explain reliability issues in 2D TMD based devices moving forward.
