Ryo Neyama is a Senior Researcher in Connected Advanced Development Div. at TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION (TMC). He leads a research team of data management and distributed computing for advanced mobility services platform.

Ryo received his Master degree and his undergraduate studies in Computer Science at Waseda University in Japan. His research interests lie in the area of data management and distributed computing especially in practical applications in industry.

From 1999-2007, he worked on the research in the area of Web services and application integration middleware in IBM Tokyo Research Laboratory for 8 years. Prior to joining TMC, he worked on big data analysis and dataflow processing infrastructure for connected cars as a researcher in Toyota InfoTechnology Center, Co., Ltd. for 11 years.
