SHORT BIO
Naoki Wakabayashi is Professor of Organizational Studies, Kyoto University, Japan, and Ph.D. Kyoto University (Economics). His research interests include knowledge transfer and social capital in network organizations and interfirm networks, studying fields of creative industries, biotechnology clusters and tourism clusters. He is currently studying growth and management in hotel groups in Japan, interfirm networks in tourism clusters and organizational resilence of Japanese hotels. His main papers are as follows.
