SHORT BIO
Daphnée is a change agent with 20 years of experience driving the adoption of innovative digital practices. She has expertise in communications, content design, web product development and service design.
Daphnée is currently a Manager at the Youth Digital Gateway, Service Canada. Prior to that, she was Sr Manager, Content, at the Ontario Digital Service (ODS), where she led an intrepid team of content designers behind much of the province’s high-profile projects.
While at ODS, she also founded and led a training team behind an international, record-breaking boot camp crafted to help public servants design services with, not for people. Before joining the Ontario Digital Service, she was at the Ontario Arts Council, where she helped the organization become an early adopter of digital best practices.
Daphnée is recognized by Harvard Kennedy School of Government as part of the team behind the inaugural Simpler, Faster, Better Services Act, enshrining Internet-era user-centred work practices in law.
Past speaking engagements include GovConnect, NYCx Innovation Fellows program (Mayor’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer), Forward50, Haiti Tech Summit and Diversity in Digital Services (Canadian Digital Service).
