I am Dr. Fardina Rahman Omi. I have completed my MBBS from Dinajpur medical college in 2014. Soon after that, I was involved in clinical management and evaluation processes. I have completed MPH in Noncommunicable diseases (Spring 18, ID-02209181002) securing CGPA-4.00, and have been working as an Honorary Teaching Assistant in the Department of NCD from 01 October 2019. I have achieved three Grants and done with two publications. Among these three grants, one was from the collaboration with CNCDN and NIHR, UK, the second was from Bangladesh Control of Communications Program (BCCP) with John Hopkins’s Bloomberg School of Public Health collaboration, and the last one from Bangladesh Medical and Research Council. At all these grants, I was the principal investigator and conducted, managed overall activities along with the field and lab works. Before that, I was involved with clinical management and primary health care services since 2015. As the time approached for me to set my personal and professional goals, I made a conscientious decision to enter a field that would provide me with a sense of achievement and, at the same time, produce a positive impact on mankind. It became apparent to me that a career in public health research would fulfill these objectives. In the long run of life, besides my research career, I have a long-cherished desire to be an excellent academician and health system manager. Because I believe, if I could not share my achieved knowledge I could not able to win the triumph of success
