Juliette Levy is Associate Professor of History at the University of California, Riverside. She has created multiple online courses in History for the UC Innovative Learning Technology Initiative, and developed a learning game (http://digitalzombies.ucr.edu) that introduces university students to information hierarchies and research methods. Her latest instructional project aims to leverage mixed reality modalities to teach digital literacy at scale. Beyond digital instruction projects, she co-directs MX.digital, a data digitization project of historical Mexican statistics and focuses her research on informal and pre-banking forms of finance in Latin America.
