SHORT BIO
Vishvak Murahari is a computer scientist pursuing his Ph.D. at Princeton University. He was runners-up to the Bell Labs Prize, 2022 for his seminal work on data multiplexing towards efficient AI. He has published papers at top-tier machine learning conferences like NeurIPS, EMNLP, ACL, NAACL, and ECCV and has spent time at prestigious research institutions like Google Deepmind and Allen Institute for AI (AI2). His work on AI safety and efficient AI has been broadly covered across 20 news outlets and magazines. He was an Area Chair and Session chair for EMNLP 2023 and was an organizer for the Personalization of Generative AI workshop at EACL 2024 and Visual Question Answering and Dialog Workshop at CVPR 2020.
