SHORT BIO

I am a 3rd year PhD student at University of California in San Diego, studying Judgement and Decision-making. I am interested in rationality and how people make rational decisions in face of self-control conflicts. I am also interested in studying psychology with an interdisciplinary approach. For instance, hoping to bridge psychology with philosophy, I am exploring self-control conflicts in terms of conflicting first- and second-order preferences, a concept rooted in philosophical literature. Outside of my research, I love music, traveling, reading, and movies.
