SHORT BIO
James freericks mis passionate about teaching quantum mechanics to the broadest of audiences to help prepare for the second quantum revolution. He has developed MOOCs that teach quantum for everyone, focusing on conceptual ideas, and has revised the undergraduate class to use modern ideas that are more accessible. He currently is working on a book entitled Quantum Mechanics without Calculus. He is a Professor of Physics at Georgetown University and the McDevitt Chair.
