Debanjana Kar is a Research Engineer at IBM Research India. She completed her MS from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT Kharagpur under the joint guidance of Prof. Sudeshna Sarkar and Prof. Pawan Goyal. Her research interests are Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning and different aspects of Artificial Intelligence at a broader level. She has worked extensively in the domains of multilingual information extraction, text generation and machine translation. She is also a member and project investigator at the Global FrameNet Organization.
