SHORT BIO

Melissa is working as a research assistant at the Group of Media Informatics since April 2019. She completed her Bachelor's (B.Sc.) and Master’s (M.Sc.) degree in media communication at the University of Wuerzburg and has worked as a student worker in media informatics since 2016. Her bachelor and master thesis were both in the field of social robotics. Her research focus is especially on social robots in higher education and applied settings. Additionally, she is part of the ESF-ZDEX project focusing on social robotic employees.
