SHORT BIO

I am a final year PhD student at Cardiff University, School of Psychology (UK). I am interested in early language acquisition and processing from a usage-based perspective: Word segmentation, vocabulary growth, lexical disambiguation, and multi-word knowledge. I have combined corpus analyses, experimental data from human participants, and computational evidence to study the learning mechanisms underlying language competence. As I am approaching the completion of my PhD, I am actively seeking job opportunities where I can apply and further develop my expertise.
