SHORT BIO
He is a third-year PhD candidate in the Text Information Management and Analysis Group, affiliated with the Data and Information Systems Laboratory at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is fortunate to be advised by Chengxiang Zhai, and work with Heng Ji and Julia Hockenmaier. He finished his master degree at University of California San Diego, advised by Julian McAuley, and his undergraduate degree at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, working with Kai Yu. His research interest generally lies in the scalability and interpretability aspects of neural networks, with the applications to Language Modeling, Information Extraction and Dialogue System.
