SHORT BIO
Fardina Fathmiul Alam is currently working towards her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science at George Mason University, USA. She received her undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2013. She completed her MS degree in Computer Science at Mason. She worked as a Lecturer at International University of Business, Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT), Dhaka, Bangladesh, before joining Mason. At Present, she works as a Graduate Research Assistant under the supervision of Professor Amarda Shehu. Her research interests are at the intersection of deep learning, machine learning, and structural bioinformatics.
