SHORT BIO
Hitomi Yanaka received the Ph.D. degree in engineering from the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2018. From 2018 to 2021, she was a postdoctoral researcher at the Riken Center for Advanced Intelligence Project (AIP). She is currently an associate professor (Excellent Young Researcher) at the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, the University of Tokyo. She is also a visiting researcher at the Riken AIP and a part-time lecturer at Ochanomizu University. She has also organized the International Workshop Natural Logic Meets Machine Learning (NALOMA) from 2020. Her research interests include computational linguistics and natural language processing, with focus on Natural Language Inference.
