Tengyu Jin received his B.Sc. degree (2016) and M.Sc. degree (2019) in Physics from Soochow University, China. He is now a PhD student in the group of Prof Wei Chen, at the Physics Department, National University of Singapore (NUS). His current research focuses on 2D materials based memory and synaptic devices.
