SHORT BIO
Dr. Jiangtao Liu is a Professor at the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). His primary research efforts are focused on the development of novel precise molecular sieving membranes (2D COF) for gas, liquid, and ion separations, such as biogas upgrading/natural gas purification, greenhouse gas separation, solvent resistant nanofiltration, as well as antifouling in wastewater treatment, and haze removal from polluted air. He is the member of Chinese Chemical Society (CCS), European Membrane Society (EMS), and North American Membrane Society (NAMS). He owns 8 patent applications (7 have been granted) and more than 5 invited talks in overseas and domestic conferences. Until now, he has published 13 first author papers in the leading journals of membrane science and technology, including Science Advances, Advanced Materials, Journal of Materials Chemistry A, Journal of Membrane Science, and so on.
