SHORT BIO
Dr. Michele Randolph is an Associate Fellow with the Michigan Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (MI-LSAMP), based in University of Michigan’s College of Engineering and a Research Associate at the Center of Education Design, Evaluation and Research (CEDER), based in UM’s School of Education. With MI-LSAMP, she oversees the Alliance’s evaluation and research activity investigating effective practices in STEM education. At CEDER, Dr. Randolph provides evaluation expertise for NSF funded S-STEM projects assessing program implementation, progress towards identified benchmarks, and program outcomes. Her primary research interest is socio-cognitive motivation in the STEM career development for historically underrepresented students.
