Dr. Guohai Chen is a senior researcher with the CNT Synthesis Team at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan. He received his B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University, China. He has held industrial and academic research positions in China, Korea, Japan, and the United States. His current research is focused on the synthesis, characterization, and application of nanomaterials (mainly carbon nanotubes).
