Cheryl Talley is a professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Virginia State University. She also is the research director of the Analytic Hub, the research arm of the newly funded STEM-US Center. The Center is a collaboration led by Morehouse College, Spelman College and VSU. The aim of the research is the telling the story of successful STEM interventions that have resulted in 9 out of 10 terminal STEM degree holders also having a degree from an HBCU. The story is being told through impactful and rigorous research conducted at up to 50 of the Center’s external HBCU partners.
