SHORT BIO
Mingkai Deng is a second-year master student at the Machine Learning Department of Carnegie Mellon University. His interests are in machine learning and natural language processing. Prior to joining CMU, Mingkai worked as a data scientist at a leading public relations firm and as an intern at Baidu Research. Mingkai received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University, where he double-majored in Mathematics-Statistics and Computer Science, and received the ASA DataFest Best Insights Award.
