Aleksander Biberaj was graduated as Electronic Engineering in 1990 in Polytechnic University of Tirana. He has been working for many years in top level of management for telecommunication operators. Since 15 years ago he is a lectureur at Politechnyc University of Tirana, at Information Technology Faculty. Since last year he was elected as head of Electronic and Telecommunivcation Departament. He is Associates Professor.
