The conference will be hosted virtually on Underline.

📧 Access: All registered attendees will receive an email with login credentials and instructions.

⚠️ Please do not create your own account - access will be provided directly by the organizers on July 1st.
🔒 The platform is not yet open to the public.

Location

This is a hybrid conference taking place in person at Firenze Fiera - a unique exhibition and congress area in the world, in the heart of Florence, and virtually via Underline.

    Workshops are available to in-person attendees only and will not be livestreamed or recorded.

  • AV equipment available
    All presentation rooms will be equipped with standard audio-visual (AV) equipment, including a projector, screen, microphone, presentation clicker, and laptop connection (HDMI).

In-person presenters can reupload their slides via the designated form or directly in the Speaker Ready Room, where they can also check and preview their slides. Please ensure slides are uploaded at least 3 hours before your session start time.

On-site technical support will be available throughout the conference to assist with any AV-related needs.

Virtual/Hybrid Attendance

Virtual attendees can join the conference via the Underline. Access details and login instructions will be shared on July 1st. Please ensure you log in using the email address used during registration.

For any technical issues, support will be available through the platform’s help desk during the conference.

Account Confirmation:

Your account on Underline will be created with the same email you used to register for the conference on July 1st.
After you receive that email, please use the following steps to confirm your account and do not attempt to create a new account:

  • look for a unique email you received from Underline
  • this email includes your account token and instructions on how to confirm your account
  • click on the Confirm my account button in that email
  • check your spam/promotional inbox too

On July 1st the email will be sent from Underline with subject line "Welcome to SEB Annual Conference 2026"

OR

  • Go to the Underline login page and click on Forgot password to request a new password for your account.
    Please make sure you use the same email address you registered with!
