Baotou Tianhe Magnetics Technology Co., Ltd., referred to as "THMAG", was founded in 2008. It is a key high-tech and technologically innovative enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of high-performance rare earth permanent magnetic materials. THMAG is exclusively engaged in the production of rare earth permanent magnets, both NdFeB and SmCo.
THMAG's 10,000-ton production base is located in Baotou, the world's rare earth capital. We thus have the advantage of a fully integrated rare earth magnet production base including: raw material supply, block production, advanced machining processes, and state of the art surface treatment technology.
Our advanced production capabilities are complemented by innovative R&D, accredited quality systems, and advanced equipment design competencies. DFP(Dy/Tb Heavy Rare Earth Free Process) and DDP(Dy/Tb Heavy Rare Earth Diffusion Process) have been successfully developed by THMAG and are applicable for many applications. These innovations and technologies help THMAG to secure leading position in the industry and maximize customer value.
THMAG products are widely used in new energy vehicles, wind power, air conditioning compressors, high speed rail transit, robotics, aerospace, computers, cell phones, tablets, and various other consumer electronics fields.
In an effort to align with automotive quality system standards, THMAG officially adopted IATF16949. In addition to the above quality system, THMAG takes sustainable development and EHS issues seriously. To address sustainability, we also hold WCA, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 certifications and self-audit ourselves to ensure that we are protecting not only our environment but our workforce.
THMAG recognizes that our products are key enablers of the world initiative to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Our high energy magnets Enable Net Carbon Zero.
