Join us as we formally conclude the SEB Annual Conference in Antwerp with the Diversity Lunch, a celebration of equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives in bioscience.

🎤 This year, we are honoured to welcome Ljuba Ponomarev, a Vice-President of BeWiSe (Belgian Women in Science), a non-profit community that supports women at all levels of STEM careers by fostering growth and inspiration, as our keynote speaker.

**A4 - Kinematics and Robotics - state of the arts kinematics and their transfer to robotics** will also be hosting a workshop during Thursday’s workshop session in the Queen Elizabeth Hall from 14:30 to 16:00.

During the conference welcome drinks reception, delegates will have private after-hours access to Antwerp Zoo. 🦁🐘🦒🌳🎟️

In your conference bag, you’ll find a booklet for a self-guided walking tour of the zoo, showcasing research from SEB’s journal Conservation Physiology. As you explore, you can discover how conservation research is helping protect wild populations of the zoo’s animals and plants. 
Each summary also has a QR code linking to the original research paper for those who’d like to know more.

1. You can come to the **Stanley Room** which is a Speaker Preview Room located on the first floor, above the registration desk. 
It is open daily from 8:00 - 18:00 CEST.

2. You can upload your slides via the online form below. That way you can send slides from any location.

**Please note:** Your slides should be uploaded **at least 30 minutes before** the start of the session in which you are presenting.
