SHORT BIO
My research is focusing on Energy Management and Sustainable Cities according to city’s analysis by collecting data about city size, the types of natural resources and acceptability for clean and efficient energy, technologies, end-user behavior, energy consumption, and environmental issues to make city able to power itself with sustainable sources of energy such as new and renewable energy. In addition to that, some cities in some countries have smart homes and buildings which are equipped with automation technologies to enhance occupants' comfort level and provide savings on the electricity bills. The occupants' activities can be controlled or monitored by the (Environmental Management System EMS) in order to schedule the appliance's daily energy consumption patterns. Moreover, energy management in the residential sector is challenged by many factors. The major challenge is that energy consumption is continuously growing despite the enforcement of various energy efficiency policies. I was working on the radiation roadmap for the east of Sudan and I have made a correlation between radioactive and non-radioactive elements and I found that Sudan has the potential to be a big energy market. I'm also working with Ajman university team building that does not have modern energy management systems and how can we build a sustainable building according to collected data using energy indicators, technical and non-technical methods using suitable Renewable Energy technologies.
