I’m a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Earth Sciences of the University of Florence. I work on the study of complex river systems, investigating the spatiotemporal distribution of chemical species in riverine media. My research interest focuses on the analysis of the basin-wide responses to environmental variations from a holistic and multidisciplinary point of view. I apply a combination of statistical and geostatistical methods (e.g. CoDA, study of data variability) to achieve a better understanding of water system resilience to change.
